Whitehall Baptist Church is fully committed to child protection laws and protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of the children we serve.  We are currently in the process of reviewing best practices with the goal of finalizing our policies and procedures.

The following guidelines are an example of some of the child safety procedures we are seeking to implement:

• All volunteers are required to undergo bi-annual background checks

• Volunteers are to only work in pairs

• Volunteers are trained in Pediatric/Child CPR

• Children under age 5 must be signed in and out
